The Care Collection has recently been awarded a “Good” rating in all 5 areas following its first Home Care Inspection by The Care Quality Commission (CQC).
CQC is the independent regulator of all health and social care services in England. They carry out regular inspections of home care providers to ensure they are providing home care which is (1) safe, (2) caring, (3) effective, (4) responsive to people’s needs and (5) well-led.
As part of the inspection, CQC spoke to a number of Clients who provided extremely positive feedback with one Client commenting: “The staff are very caring, they can’t do enough for the people they support, it’s an amazing service” and another noting “it’s a 5 star service”.
