About Catherine
I have over 30 years’ experience working in care and I can genuinely say I loved every minute. My empathetic nature drives my desire to enable people to achieve fulfilling, independent lives whilst remaining in their own home.
I believe The Care Collection’s contemporary and responsive model of care will revolutionise the industry by moving away from reactive mainstream “care agency” stereotypes towards a highly developed, proactive approach to care delivery. I am incredibly proud to head up The Care Collection, a venture that benefits the whole community and makes a real difference to the lives of the people we support.

I also ensure that the care team receive appropriate training and any extra support they may need to provide excellent care.
