Transparent, all-inclusive pricing

We implement a clear pricing policy that is competitive and easy to compare with other care options. Our charges are all inclusive – we do not charge a travel call out charge on top of the hourly rates. The only additional charges are for travel mileage taken on behalf of the client.

Our hourly home care is available from 1 hour upwards. We also provide care overnight as a sleepover or waking night.

We pride ourselves on offering a flexible service which adapts to the changing needs of our clients and their families. We make it easy for clients to amend the scope of their service as needs change.

Our costs of hourly home care

We price our hourly home care to ensure we attract and retain the very best carers and can operate the service sustainably for the long term.

Our all-inclusive hourly rates include:

  • A package of care which is bespoke to your needs
  • Support from a professional home carer fully employed by us – we take full responsibility for our staff including recruitment, training and ongoing management
  • Home carers matched to you based on background, personality and life experiences
  • Carer holidays, PAYE, sick pay, insurance
  • Ongoing input, advice, support and quality assurance from our local care management team
  • 24-hour support from our local on-call team
  • No additional VAT or other costs (other than travel mileage taken on behalf of the client)
