Who We Help

Care for Children and Young People

The Care Collection is passionate about providing care to children enabling them to live comfortably at home. Our overarching goal is to improve the quality of life for the child by ensuring their care needs are met and they remain healthy, happy and stimulated.

We care for children with complex health needs, supporting them throughout their childhood within their own home, as well as at school and in the local community.

We place children and their families at the heart of what we do, focusing on a person-centred approach to develop care plans which meets their health, social, developmental, educational and personal needs to ensure they reach their full potential.
