Sarah’s Story
Sarah has Down’s Sydrome and requires our support to help her access the community.
During our time supporting Sarah we have helped her to pass exams and find a job. We have also taught her daily living skills such as cooking and cleaning and regularly take her on trips with friends to the cinema and shopping centres, which she loves.
