We proudly provide full-time live-in care throughout Yorkshire and the North of England. Areas we cover include Huddersfield, Wakefield, Leeds, Sheffield, Doncaster, Bradford, Harrogate, Hull & Bridlington.
Our live-in care service enables our clients to enjoy a better quality of life at home with round-the-clock support from a professional carer. Our focus is to ensure clients can live safely in the familiarity of their own home, maintaining as much independence as possible to enjoy the lifestyle they are accustomed to.
The care we provide is bespoke to the individual, reflecting not just their care needs, but also their choices, wishes and social preferences.
Our live-in care service is provided by two professional, trained and locally supported carers typically rotating on a one or two week-on / week-off basis. This ensures genuine continuity of care and the opportunity to build a trusted and friendly relationship. The priority in live-in care is to ensure that the client gets all the support and care they need to live an independent and healthy life. This includes support with day-to-day domestic tasks, personal care, and providing companionship. Live-in care can be arranged on a long-term basis or a respite basis to provide a break to a carer, to aid recovery or to enable the client to get used to the support.
Our live-in care service is available throughout Yorkshire and surrounding counties and is fully managed, quality assured and supported 24/7 by local care management teams. This includes the management teams regularly visiting our clients across Yorkshire to ensure they are happy and comfortable at home – a key differentiator versus many national providers who may not always do this. Each live-in care plan is bespoke and tailored for each client. Regular reviews with our senior care managers ensures that the care plans are appropriate to the client’s changing needs.

Our live-in carers are employed by us and undergo an extensive recruitment and selection process including interviews, reference checks and an Enhanced Criminal Record Check. We take pride in training, supervising, developing and supporting our live-in carers to the highest standards so they can provide the highest quality care. Our carers have the up-to-date skills and qualifications to carry out complex care for conditions such as Dementia, Multiple Sclerosis, Motor Neurones, Parkinson’s, and Acquired Brain and Spinal Injuries. Live-in carers will work between 10 and 12 hours per day depending on the needs. They receive a break of at least 2 hours each day and must have sufficient rest at night. We can provide additional care if you require support during the night, or cover during carer breaks. Live-in carers need a suitably furnished bedroom to enable them to rest and have sufficient privacy. They will also need access to the internet to enable them to update the care records.
