Market Leading Pay and Benefits

We provide market leading pay rates, 40p per mileage for travel time and mileage costs, pay enhancements and bonuses to recognise qualifications and commitment, funded DBS checks and a generous refer-a-friend scheme

You are fully employed by us under a contract of employment and are entitled to paid holiday, pension, statutory sick pay and insurance cover

We allow staff to take their pay early through our EarlyPay app

Flexible Working and Time to Care

We provide flexible hours that fit in with your availability and lifestyle  

Our minimum 1 hour calls mean you get paid for the full hour you work and you have time to care for clients without feeling rushed. We also ensure you have a regular run and the same clients week in week out
