My background is in education recruitment where I spent over a decade building strong relationships and guiding candidates into roles where they could really make a difference. We rigorously screen our Carers to ensure their suitability for the role. This includes telephone interviews, face-to-face interviews, reference checks and an Enhanced Criminal Record Check. Our Carers have a positive “can do” outlook and always wear a smile.
Our Carers undertake a highly developed training programme that has been skilfully created to guarantee excellence. We have strong links with training providers and actively encourage our Carers to become experts in supporting more complex care needs.
