Children and Adolescents (4-17)
The Care Collection’s highly qualified team is passionate about providing complex care and support to children and adolescents in the comfort of their own home, surrounded by their loving family.
Our overarching goal when providing home health care is to improve the quality of life for the child by ensuring they remain healthy, happy and stimulated. We do this by developing comprehensive, inclusive and creative care plans, tailored around the child’s ongoing developmental and emotional needs.
We assist our Clients to learn, develop and maintain those all-important daily living skills, have a full and active role in school life to reach their full potential, as well as developing an active presence in the local community and forming life-long friendships.
The Care Collection provides services to children and adolescents who may be affected by the following conditions:
- Physical health and sensory impairments, including accidents, brain injuries/conditions, burn care, amputations, profound deafness, blindness, muscular and skeletal problems, Multiple Sclerosis (MS), Cerebral Palsy and Motor Neurones and many others.
- Learning Disabilities, including Autism and Asperger’s, Down Syndrome, William’s Syndrome, Fragile X Syndrome, Global Development Delay, ADHD, challenging behaviour and communication disorders.
